Summer intensive programs

Are you afraid of losing all you have learned this year in ballet? What are you going to do when your dance semester comes to an end? Have you considered a summer intensive? Well the first step to finding the right summer intensive is narrowing down a list of 2-5 summer programs in your area. Things which can help you narrow down is that you need to think of what you want to get out of this program. Do you want to become a more well rounded dancer and try other styles? Do you want to be in a more advanced, serious, and more competative environment? Well what ever it is summer intensives are a really great way to improve you over all as a dancer! And a good thing is that there are ALOT of intensives in ALOT of places!! For example in California alone there are over 17 main programs!!! If you comment on this post I can give you alist of main programs in your area or state :) But... the second step is the auditions and they can be pretty scary and nerve-racking!!!!!! well I have to conclude this now but later I will add a post on audition tips :)))
