These are the basic 5 positions or the arms and feet















first second third fourth fifth


Please note that the arm positions vary depending on the type of instruction used in your school/studio.


If you are still confused about the arm or feet positions a good place to help you learn the basics is youtube ahah well thats what helped me. So you can go to youtube and type in "basic ballet positions" and a lot should come up. :))
